What Buyer Protection Covers
If tracking confirms no delivery and the shipment is verified as lost in transit, we will assist with a replacement (if available) or a refund according to our policies.
If your camera arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue.
If you receive an incorrect model or accessories that differ from your order, we will correct the issue promptly.
If the camera’s condition or functionality materially differs from the product listing, we will review the case and work toward a fair resolution.
