Are your cameras authentic?

Yes. All cameras sold by CamPixes are 100% authentic vintage digital cameras from well-known brands such as Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Samsung. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit items.

Are the cameras new or used?

Our cameras are vintage items and may show light cosmetic signs of age. Each camera is inspected and tested to ensure it functions as described before shipping.

Do you test cameras before shipping?

Yes. Every camera undergoes a basic functionality check, including power, buttons, screen, lens movement, and core features, before it is packed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, CamPixes ships within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

What is your return policy?

What if my camera arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly.

How should I care for my vintage camera?

We recommend storing your camera in a dry environment, avoiding moisture and extreme temperatures, and removing batteries if the camera will not be used for an extended period.
